We came for Sunday lunch. What a find this is. Service was absolutely fantastic and the staff were so kind to my nan who’s got Alzheimer’s. The market buffet is just so lovely and fresh and tasty and all the food was great. Best part Was it was peaceful finally somewhere not trying to be “family orientated” no kids running around screaming. Just a lovely setting, great service and food we can’t believe we haven’t been before. Definitely coming back soon.

Whenever I visit Poole for work, I always hope I get to stay in Hotel du Vin. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice, warm and clean. The beds are super comfy too. They also have the best hotel breakfast in the area. The location is great too, close to some nice restaurants, coffee shops and of course, the quay. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely weekend stay here for our daughters wedding. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very nice indeed. Really appreciated the addition of a coffee machine in the room. The only complaint I would make is the mattress was rather soft & dipped in the normal sleeping position. I had to move to the middle where it was firmer. Also during the night I was kept awake with perhaps what sounded like a continuous noise of the boiler turning on & off? It was however very enjoyable returning to this hotel where I worked as a trainee manager then housekeeper in the 80's. Some of the original, memorable character still remains.

Lovely hotel, in a great location with excellent service. I attended a Christmas party with work and stayed in one of the rooms overnight. They catered well for our party and were helpful when I left a coat behind after checking out.

Great bar and restaurant, superb spot in Poole. Guha the barman was exceptional, going out of his way to make my wife’s favourite cocktail (and her day) which wasn’t on the menu. Looking forward to going back to try the Sunday lunch which looked amazing!

I really like this hotel. From the moment I walked in the staff were actually really helpful, the room was lovely and the location was really cool being close to the water and surrounded with older buildings and some lovely pubs. Five stars without a doubt.
